Pines Yoga has been moved from West Pembroke Pines to Miami, and is taught at 3 locations, one in Wynwood, Miami, weekly classes and workshops are held in Miami along with Yoga Teacher Training
Rae has immersed herself in the yogic lifestyle for many years, studying Astanga, Iyengar, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative and Raja Yoga to name a few, Rae teaches what most benefits Western students. She teaches Hot Power Yoga at Brickell Hot Yoga, Power Yoga and Restorative at SOUTHCOM, and all styles at her home studio. She also offers Restorative Gentle Yoga classes, for those who are in physical or emotional recovery, helping them to return to a place of balance and wellness in their life.
All classes are taught in English, and are designed to be challenging, and fun. Rae's history in entertainment makes her teaching style more lively than the average yoga class. You will come away feeling renewed from increasing your range of motion, refreshed from a good sweat, and rejuvenated from breath practice. The perfect balance.
